Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within [2-7 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Note: During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally shipped within the 7 days using USPS Priority Mail Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-5 business days depending on where you package starts and where it goes. Tracking and insurance are included, shipping boxes and envelopes are free, and with Priority Mail Flat Rate. Flat rate shipping fee of is calculated by USPS at check out and applies to orders shipping.

3. Free Shipping

 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

 

4. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship to:

 

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

 

 

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

 

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please:

 

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
